Each week we connect with our clients to find out what 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 they have in 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and discuss what music needs they have for those and existing projects. 

Here are a few areas we focus on to help our clients 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 for each project and 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀 that we share with our members.

• Summary or synopsis of the project description.
• Identify any music the producers or music supervisor already have in mind for the project.
• Discuss and suggest any specific genres or styles of music needed.
• Note any specific soundalikes or similar music moments they would like to include.
• What era or time period the project is based on.
• If a certain tempo or format is needed for the music, full songs or instrumentals.
• Discuss the type of rights they would prefer a music owner have in place.
• Offer clearance help for any music that has multiple rights owners as an option.
• Suggest term length options for each music license needed.
• Determine a realistic sync fee for the project based on all the above details.
• Finally set a deadline for music submissions that allows enough time to find the best options and complete any clearance work needed.

We then take all of this information and turn that into a 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 that we share with our members each week.
